CivilNET Congratulates the People of Tobago on Their Democratic Participation
SCARBOROUGH, TOBAGO – Tobago CivilNET commends all Tobagonians who exercised their right to vote and contributed to the democratic process with dignity, integrity, and civic pride, in the recently concluded general elections held on April 28, 2025.
We extend congratulations to David Thomas on securing the Tobago East seat and Joel Sampson on securing the Tobago West seat. This outcome reflects the collective voice and will of the Tobago electorate, and we look forward to seeing these two newly elected Members of Parliament serve with transparency, accountability, and dedication to the people of Tobago, and the nation of Trinidad and Tobago. We ask that all Tobagonians, regardless of the Party bus you rode in during the campaign season, now jump onboard the Tobago bus, and ‘Let’s All Pull Together’ for the success of Tobago.Democracy is strengthened when citizens are informed, engaged, and empowered.
